Hi, I bought a Ricoh

"Hi, I bought a Ricoh GR IV at FNAC Beaugrenelle in September, 2025. After charging the battery, using the camera once and then recharging the battery the camera did not turn on. As a result I purchased this charger and battery directly from yourselves as I assumed the problem was a defective battery. Again after charging the new battery once and using it, after a recharge of the battery the camera did not turn on again! As a result I have just deposited the camera at Fnac Beugrenelle who are returning the camera to Ricoh to identify the fault. I sincerely hope I will be sent a fully functioning camera shortly. Fnac refused to send back the charger for you to verify as well as it was not purchased from them. Given Ricoh’ reputation I was very surprised to have a camera which malfunctioned after one use.
