      If you have older models, please contact us before sending the camera for repair.


      Before sending any product to a service center, you must:

      -Provide detailed description of the problem, include sample images if necessary.
      -Include copy of purchase receipt or will be considered chargeable.
      -Provide return address where camera should be sent on completion.
